André Schoorlemmer is a music composer and in that an autodidact. His neoclassical music abounds with escapism, dreaminess and melancholy. Gently influenced by Arvo Pärt, Radiohead and Ennio Morricone.
He started his musical career playing in grungy rockbands, after that touring a lot with popbands, playing world music and being active in theatre, he decided in 2017 to focus on composing and producing and so started his own studio.
Currently most of his work is creating music for film. His scores have premiered at the Cannes Filmfestival and his work won awards.
